1. Truthful representation
Marketing must be accurate, substantiated and not misleading. Affiliates must clearly identify the service being promoted and may not create false urgency, pricing, availability or savings claims.
2. Brand and trademark integrity
Affiliates may not impersonate or imply authorization from a brand, airline, cruise company, internet provider, television provider, government entity or official support channel without written authorization.
3. Traffic permissions
Only sources expressly allowed by the offer may be used. Search, SEO, social, email, offline, call-center and transfer traffic require campaign-specific permission.
4. Prohibited activity
Fraudulent, incentivized, manufactured, duplicate, coerced or misdirected calls are prohibited unless a campaign expressly states otherwise. Malware, adware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing and misleading caller ID practices are prohibited.
5. Consent and consumer protection
Affiliates are responsible for following applicable advertising, privacy, telemarketing, consent, Do-Not-Call and call-recording laws and required disclosures.
6. Review and enforcement
RingPerl may request creatives, landing pages, source evidence or other records. Violations may result in rejected calls, withheld access, suspension or termination subject to the governing agreement.
