1. Enrollment and approval
Participation is subject to application review, identity verification and ongoing approval. RingPerl may approve or decline an application or individual campaign request at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
2. Offer terms
Affiliates must follow the current dashboard terms for each offer, including traffic permissions, qualification, geography, schedule, caps, creative rules and validation periods.
3. Tracking and qualification
RingPerl tracking and the applicable buyer review determine call attribution and qualification, subject to any documented dispute process. Connected calls are not automatically payable.
4. Payment and hold periods
Each offer may use a different validation hold. Cleared eligible earnings may be submitted for withdrawal under the available payment methods, thresholds and account conditions.
5. Marketing obligations
Affiliates must comply with the Acceptable Marketing Policy, applicable laws, platform rules and RingPerl instructions. Sub-affiliates require express approval and remain the affiliate’s responsibility.
6. Suspension and termination
RingPerl may pause traffic, reject access or terminate participation for quality, compliance, fraud, nonperformance or other agreement violations. Final terms must address pending earnings, audit rights and dispute handling.
